This 2 semester course was developed by Jose Antonio Briz and his team of professionals in Guatemala. Two textbooks have been created and are used alongside the Book “Wisdom for Today’s Leaders”.

Book 1 begins the training on basic life changing concepts such as honesty, hard work, humility, generosity, etc. A strong message of positive self-image is also part of this curriculum.

Book 2 completes the principles and values course and is presented with the resource material by Stephen Covey entitled “The Seven Habitsof Highly Effective People”.

Each of these courses involve 70 hours of classroom and university training.

Jose Briz has a team of 180 professors and functions as a Director of Professional and Human Assett Development at Mariano Galvez.
